Ramid Trading PLC was founded in 2019 and is managed by a committed group of six partners, each bringing extensive experience in import, export, trading, and manufacturing. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and energetic Sales Person to join our team. The Sales Person will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, identifying customer needs, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Position: Sales Person Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position. • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer-service orientation. • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated. • Honest, responsible, and professional. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Basic computer skills are an advantage. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell company products to customers. • Identify new customers and business opportunities. • Welcome customers and provide professional assistance. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. • Explain product features, prices, promotions, and benefits clearly. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. • Maintain good relationships with existing customers. • Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
