Position Overview The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company's real estate projects, conducting property presentations, building strong client relationships, negotiating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Generate and qualify prospective buyers. • Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial properties. • Conduct property presentations and site visits. • Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships. • Negotiate and close property sales. • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. • Deliver professional and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Previous sales experience is required; real estate sales experience is an added advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. • Good command of Amharic and English. • Professional attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic.
