About the Role Blue Force is looking for an energetic, proactive team member to screen, interview, and match candidates for driver roles in the US. What You’ll Do • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with candidates. • Match qualified drivers to open positions. • Keep applicant records organized in our system. Requirements • Fluent English : Natural-sounding spoken and written English. • Shift Availability: Able to consistently work from 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM ET. • Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Salary: Net ( 14,000 – 26,000 ETB )monthly Including commissions Schedule: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM ET (Night Shift) Location: Fully Remote Experience: Entry-Level / Fresh Graduate
