Job description
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SaaS and/or financial services sales is required. Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales strategy, customer acquisition, account management, SaaS solutions, financial products, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management is essential. Candidates must have an excellent command of English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
