The successful candidate should possess a B.A/B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an F&B Cost Controller in 4-star or 5-star hotels is required. Proven experience with OPERA/PMS systems is essential. Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage cost control, inventory management, menu costing, purchasing analysis, financial reporting, stock monitoring, variance analysis, budgeting, and hospitality operations management is required.
