Job description

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional work experience is required, including at least 2 years of experience at a senior-level position. Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in human resource management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, labor relations, HR policies, and personnel administration is highly desirable.
