Zafro Furniture is looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager and Ad Expert to manage our online presence, publish content, and run effective paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Manage and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram & YouTube. • Create and manage product listings on Jiji, Facebook Marketplace, Zemen Gebeya , and other e-commerce platforms • Plan content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule • Write clear captions, product descriptions, promotional messages, and calls to action • Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads • Monitor leads, engagement, reach, conversions, and advertising performance • Test different audiences, creatives, offers, and campaigns to improve results • Respond to comments and messages and coordinate with the sales and content teams • Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on performance data Requirements • Strong experience managing business social media accounts • Proven knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising • Experience with online marketplaces and product listing platforms • Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization • Strong writing, communication, organization, and analytical skills • Creative, reliable, proactive, and focused on measurable results
