Reports to : Strategy and Partnership Department Head Number of Posts : 1 Job Summary The Senior Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to track progress toward strategic objectives. The role ensures timely collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data, with a focus on education and healthcare initiatives. The position contributes to evidence-based decision-making, continuous improvement of programs, and accountability to management, shareholders, and stakeholders.
