Job description

We are looking for dedicated and responsible supervisors for both the day and night shifts to oversee live room operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: • Patrol and inspect live rooms regularly. • Ensure consultants are actively live and engaging with customers. • Monitor daily operations and ensure work is running smoothly. • Ensure all live streaming rules and company policies are strictly followed. • Review live recordings and provide feedback, coaching, and necessary consultation to consultants. • Identify and prevent live stream violations and report any violations immediately. • Support continuous improvement of team performance and professionalism. Requirements: • Previous experience in sales management or team supervision is required. • Age between 25 and 30 years old. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively. • Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule for either the day shift or night shift. Working Schedule: • Full-time (day shift or night shift )position. • Employees will have two off days per month, specifically on the 1st and 16th of each month. • Payment - 12k net + performance based bonus • Training is provided by experienced supervisor
