Video Editor Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and property marketing. The ideal candidate can transform raw footage into engaging videos that attract attention, build trust, and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities • Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. • Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos. • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound effects. • Perform color correction and audio enhancement. • Maintain a consistent brand style across all content. • Collaborate with the host, cameraman, scriptwriter, and marketing team. • Deliver videos on time while maintaining high quality. • Organize and manage video files and project assets. • Stay updated with social media trends and editing techniques. • Suggest creative ideas that improve viewer engagement and lead generation. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects. • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition is an advantage. • Strong storytelling and pacing skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Understanding of social media algorithms and video formats. • Ability to work under deadlines. • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications • Previous experience editing social media or commercial videos. • A strong portfolio showcasing editing skills. • Experience in real estate content is an advantage but not required.
