Job description

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Architectural Designer to produce high-quality design concepts, working drawings, and construction documentation. You will collaborate with our team of engineers to deliver innovative and practical building designs for various projects, from residential to commercial and urban developments.   Key Responsibilities l Prepare architectural working drawings, detailed design plans, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software. l Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and construction documentation in line with project specifications. l Ensure all designs comply with Ethiopian building codes, standards, and urban development regulations.  l Collaborate effectively with structural, electrical, and sanitary engineers to ensure integrated design solutions. l Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed to ensure design intent is realized.   Qualifications and Requirements l Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. l Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, with a proven portfolio of completed projects (e.g., residential, commercial, or institutional buildings) . l Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. l Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices in Ethiopia. l Excellent communication and presentation skills. l Portfolio submission is mandatory.
