Job description

We are looking for a Sanitary Engineer to design and manage water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all sanitary designs are efficient, sustainable, and compliant with local and international standards .   Key Responsibilities l Design sanitary, plumbing, and fire protection systems for buildings (water supply, drainage, wastewater management, fire hydrants/sprinklers) . l Prepare detailed drawings, isometric diagrams, and specifications for plumbing and sanitary works.  l Ensure designs meet the requirements of Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) and other relevant bodies. l Coordinate with all other disciplines to integrate plumbing systems without conflicts . l Monitor installation and conduct testing/commissioning of sanitary systems .   Qualifications and Requirements l Bachelor’s Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on plumbing . l Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitary/plumbing design for buildings. l Proven work portfolio demonstrating expertise in building services. l Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and relevant MEP software. l Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and water conservation practices.
