Job description

We require a competent Electrical Engineer to design and coordinate electrical systems for our building projects. You will be responsible for developing efficient and compliant electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems, working as part of the MEP coordination team .   Key Responsibilities l Design electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems. l Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and load calculations . l Ensure all designs comply with Ethiopian Electric Utility standards and relevant safety codes. l Coordinate with structural and architectural teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical components . l Review and inspect electrical installations for compliance with design and safety standards .   Qualifications and Requirements l Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering . l Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design for building projects.  l Proven work portfolio of completed projects.  l Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Dialux or similar lighting design tools. l Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
