We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, analysis, and design of structural systems for buildings, ensuring safety, stability, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with the architectural team to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into our designs. Key Responsibilities l Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, and masonry structures using relevant engineering software.  l Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for construction documentation. l Ensure designs meet all relevant Ethiopian Structural Codes and international standards.  l Coordinate with architects and MEP consultants to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability . l Review and verify contractor submittals and shop drawings for structural compliance . Qualifications and Requirements l Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering . l Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design of buildings. l Proven work portfolio demonstrating successful design projects. l Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE) and AutoCAD . l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
