We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Digital Sales Specialist to spearhead the promotion, merchant acquisition, and user adoption of our digital products. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in navigating the digital ecosystem, promoting technology platforms, and converting prospects into active users. If you have a proven track record of selling software-as-a-service (SaaS), mobile applications, or marketplace platforms, we want you on our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Product Promotion & Sales: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for our digital products, including merchant/handyman acquisition and user onboarding. • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, pitch to, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, business networks, and service providers. • Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize active user growth, retention, and platform volume. • Client & Partner Onboarding: Seamlessly guide new clients and users through our digital platforms, ensuring a high-quality initial experience. • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of our users; collect crucial user feedback and collaborate closely with the product team to enhance platform features and user experience. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, with a distinct focus on promoting and selling digital products, mobile applications, marketplace services, or tech platforms. • Digital Literacy: Excellent command of digital tools, CRM platforms, and a deep understanding of how mobile apps and digital marketplaces operate. • Communication Skills: Outstanding persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Amharic and English. • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. • Local Market Expertise: Strong familiarity with the commercial landscape, small business sectors, and gig-economy dynamics in Addis Ababa.
