Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing or other banking business related fields. with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities - Assist in delivering Interest-Free Banking products and services to customers. - Support account opening, customer inquiries, and routine banking transactions. - Provide professional and efficient customer service in line with bank standards. - Maintain accurate customer records and process banking documents. - Promote IFB products and support customer relationship management.
