Job description
Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operations of the electronics showroom. • Supervise, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve productivity. • Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and priced. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain adequate stock. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase showroom revenue. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized showroom environment. • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or sales supervision, preferably in the electronics industry. • Proven experience leading and managing a sales team. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in an electronics retail or distribution company. • Knowledge of consumer electronics products and current market trends. • Good command of Amharic and English.
