Job Requirements: • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or related field is an advantage. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen position. • Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. • Strong menu planning and menu knowledge skills. • Good understanding of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. • Ability to manage kitchen activities and coordinate with kitchen staff. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality. • Creative, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality meals. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and supervise the preparation of meals according to hotel standards. • Develop and maintain menus based on customer preferences. • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. • Train and guide kitchen staff when necessary. • Salary :- As per the company scale
