SERI Skill Center is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Graphics Design Instructor to lead our full-day graphic design programs. In this role, you will go beyond traditional lectures—you will bring industry realities into the classroom, deliver hands-on practical training, and ensure our students graduate fully prepared for real-world creative work. Key Responsibilities Practical Instruction & Classroom Leadership Teach full-day graphics design classes with dynamic energy, passion, and strong student engagement. Faithfully follow and execute SERI Skill Center’s academic curriculum while enriching lessons with practical, real-world design scenarios. Guide students through hands-on projects, client brief simulations, and industry-standard workflows so they graduate job-ready. Mentorship & Student Success Provide constructive, one-on-one portfolio feedback and technical critique to help each student grow. Build an inspiring, interactive, and collaborative learning environment in the classroom. Track individual student progress, evaluate practical assignments, and support students through technical challenges. Requirements & Qualifications Technical Mastery Design Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of industry-standard visual design tools, including: Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is a strong plus). Core Design Principles: Deep understanding of typography, layout composition, brand identity design, color theory, and digital graphics standards. Passion & Soft Skills Passion for Teaching: Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and seeing students succeed. Student Engagement: Proven ability to keep a classroom energized, focused, and actively participating throughout full-day sessions. Practical Orientation: Strong commitment to practical, project-based learning rather than purely theoretical instruction.
