Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR experience and will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment , from job postings to onboarding. • Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives . • Coordinate training and development programs for employees. • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards. • Address employee queries and provide HR support as needed. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations . • Ensure fluent attendance management system. • Manage payroll preparation system. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role. • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices . • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills . • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
