The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, while a Master’s Degree in a related field is highly desirable. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in senior leadership roles, including at least 5 years of experience managing community-based projects in developing countries. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership, manage complex community-based programs, lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee project planning and implementation, manage budgets and resources, build partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes is essential.
