Senior Full-Stack Developer Company: Walta Technologies PLC Location: Addis Ababa (Dembel Roundabout, Olympia Heights, 11th Floor) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Walta Technologies PLC is a fast-growing Ethiopian technology company specializing in GPS tracking, fleet management, fuel monitoring, and enterprise software solutions. We are developing Walta Operating System (Walta OS) , an enterprise platform to manage multi-branch operations, inventory, installations, technicians, customer service, finance, HR, and future logistics technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Walta OS. • Build scalable web applications, dashboards, REST APIs, and databases. • Develop inventory, branch, technician, customer service, and reporting modules. • Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and workflow automation. • Optimize database performance, cloud deployment, backups, and system security. • Collaborate with management to digitize business operations and mentor junior developers. Required Skills • React.js or Next.js • Laravel (preferred) or Node.js • REST API development • PostgreSQL or MySQL • HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS • Git/GitHub • Linux & cloud deployment • Strong system architecture and problem-solving skills Experience • 3–5 years of professional Full-Stack development. • Experience building ERP, CRM, HR, Inventory, Logistics, SaaS, or Business Management Systems. • Experience with multi-user dashboards and cloud-based applications. Education • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong portfolio and practical experience are highly valued.
