The Site Acquisition Supervisor will lead the scouting and acquisition of battery swapping sites, ensuring each location meets technical, electrical, operational, and commercial standards. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, with 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition or infrastructure deployment, and be physically fit to conduct extensive field visits across Addis Ababa. The role requires strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with government regulatory processes, telecommunications, energy infrastructure, logistics or mobility sectors is preferred. The supervisor will work closely with landlords, contractors and utility stakeholders to secure lease agreements and facilitate transformer installation. Dodai aims to deliver 40 fully secured battery swapping sites within eight months; success in this position is measured by the speed of site acquisition, contract completion, and readiness for deployment.
