Head of Business Management Department Kibur College is seeking a qualified, experienced, and committed academic professional to join its team as Head of the Business Management Department . Position Overview The Head of the Business Management Department will provide academic and administrative leadership to the department, coordinate faculty activities, support curriculum implementation, and contribute to excellence in teaching, research, student development, and departmental management. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the academic and administrative activities of the department. • Coordinate and supervise faculty members and teaching activities. • Ensure effective implementation of curricula, academic standards, and institutional policies. • Support faculty development, research, publications, and community engagement. • Monitor student academic progress and provide appropriate academic support. • Prepare departmental plans, reports, schedules, and other academic documents. • Collaborate with college leadership and other departments on academic and institutional matters. • Promote innovation, technology integration, and practical, industry-oriented business education. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements • Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration, Management , or a closely related field. • Academic Performance: Demonstrated Very Good or Excellent performance in the Master’s thesis/research work. • CGPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above . • Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant academic, professional, or departmental leadership experience . • Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to quality teaching, research, student development, and higher education. • Compliance: Applicants must provide proof of tax payment/clearance from the Ministry of Revenue as required.
