Position Title: Instructor – Computer Science Department Kibur College is seeking a qualified, committed, and experienced Instructor to join its Computer Science Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, supporting practical and laboratory-based learning, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and professional development of the department. Key Responsibilities • Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Computer Science and related courses. • Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and other academic resources. • Guide and mentor students in their academic and practical activities. • Support laboratory, project, and technology-based learning activities. • Participate in examinations, grading, and academic advising. • Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum development, research, and community engagement activities. • Promote practical, innovative, and technology-oriented learning. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements • Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related field. • Academic Performance: Strong academic record with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above . • Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant teaching, academic, or professional experience in Computer Science or a related field. • Strong communication, teaching, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to effectively use modern educational technologies and digital learning tools is an advantage. • Compliance: Applicants must provide proof of tax payment/clearance from the Ministry of Revenue as required.
