VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT HR & Administrative Manager Company: YAFCO Trading PLC & Mattot Coffee Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, labor law compliance, office administration, and organizational development. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT Applicants must have previous experience working in Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, Hospitality, or Service-Oriented Industries. Candidates without hospitality or service industry experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction programs. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling. • Establish and manage performance evaluation systems. • Coordinate employee training and development programs. • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law and company policies. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Manage attendance, leave, and personnel administration. Administration Management • Oversee office administration and facility management. • Manage company assets, vehicles, office supplies, and support services. • Supervise administrative staff and support personnel. • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and company events. • Ensure proper record management and document control systems. Strategic Responsibilities • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. • Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. • Prepare HR and Administration reports for management. • Foster a positive and customer-focused workplace culture.
