We are seeking a proactive Junior Biomedical Engineer to focus on Tender Management and Proforma Invoice Preparation . This role sits at the intersection of technical medical equipment knowledge and commercial business processes. The ideal candidate will review medical equipment specifications, compile winning tender bids, and issue accurate technical proforma invoices to clients. Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Track, analyze, and prepare comprehensive technical and financial bid documents for public and private healthcare tenders. Proforma Preparation: Draft and issue accurate Proforma Invoices based on client requirements and equipment specifications. Technical Evaluation: Review medical equipment specifications, datasheets, and user manuals to ensure compliance with tender requirements. Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate with equipment manufacturers for pricing/specs and interact with clients to clarify bid technicalities. Market Research: Stay updated on medical device trends, pricing structures, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Medical Technology. Experience: 0–2 years of experience; prior exposure to commercial tenders or proforma preparation is a plus. Skills:- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and hospital supplies. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools). High accuracy in numerical data and document preparation. Attributes:- Excellent written communication, negotiation, and time management skills to meet strict submission deadlines.
