Job description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 12 Sales Representatives and Field Sales Representatives to deliver volume, revenue, distribution and execution targets across assigned territories and channels. • Lead, coach and supervise a team of Sales Representatives and Field Sales Representatives to ensure strong sales performance and execution. • Achieve volume, revenue and distribution targets while driving profitable growth. • Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions where required. • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve customer coverage, outlet productivity and route efficiency. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service. • Drive new customer acquisition and distribution expansion. • Ensure effective execution of marketing activities, promotions, merchandising standards and point-of-sale materials. • Monitor product availability, outlet execution and utilization of branded fridges and trade assets. • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, finance, marketing and commercial excellence teams to ensure smooth operations. • Support recruitment, coaching, capability development and performance management of the sales team. • Monitor invoicing, order allocation, collections and sales reporting processes. • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities. • Drive compliance with sales systems, reporting tools and company policies.
